This is a brow perfecting, water resistant, brow pencil

What it does: Water-resistant. long wearing, ideal for humid climates and oily skin. Perfect for achieving a defined line along the brow for definition. Perfect for covering scars and holes.

Apply Brow Powder or Brow Pomade on top of the brow to fill and enhance, finish with Brow Gel. This pencil is great for growing rows or ½ rows to camouflage and neaten while growing brows back.

For: Clients with far apart, thin, sparse and bushy brows and clients after high definition.
