Salon Policy for Cosmetic Tattoo & Beauty Treatments 2024/5
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure full treatment.
We don't accept late arrivals (15mins or more) and your deposit or prepayment will be lost. Parking can be found in Liverpool and Burton Sts. Please call the salon if you are going to be late.
We have a 24hr beauty cancellation and reschedule policy. 72hr policy for Cosmetic Tattoo. Cancelling or rescheduling on the day or outside the policy rules will result in loss of booking fee/deposit. No shows will be required to pay the full service amount if they wish to rebook.
Please book carefully as we do not refund, no exceptions - Rescheduling is available within our policy. Please read on for more details.
A deposit is the booking fee for your specific date and time and is non-transferable unless we are given adequate notice. If we are given more than 24 hrs notice (more than 72 hours for tattoo services) we will reschedule if possible. We are a small business and cannot accommodate late cancellations or rescheduling.
We do not hold deposits paid for tattoo services for more than 3 months and require you to nominate a date and time to reschedule this booking (and deposit) at the time or you unfortunately will forfeit your deposit. As understanding as we are of your situation, the deposit system is not there to hold money it's to protect the business from any losses due to client's cancellations. If you change your mind we do not refund. A holding deposit is for that day and time reserved for you.
Cosmetic tattoo appointments are private & one on one - no friends or family (including children) will be permitted in session, no exceptions. Tattoo appointments are not a group activity. We recommend they wait for you in one of the many lovely cafes in the area. We have the right to refuse service if one doesn’t comply and loss of treatment time and deposit will occur.
All Beauty and Cosmetic Tattoo treatments from Jan 2024 will be required to pre-pay or pay deposit on booking via the system or via eft.
All online bookings, phone bookings or salon bookings are required to pre-pay or pay deposit to secure the appointment (at our discretion).
ANNUAL REFRESH tattoo sessions need to be booked annually! If you are an existing client and have let your brows lapse over the the second year you may be required to book a new tattoo, which includes a touch up at 4-8 weeks. We recommend you book you annual appointment as you leave from your previous tattoo or plan your yearly maintenance with plenty of time to avoid disappointment.
If a client cancels or doesn't show on the day of treatment, they will be required to pay for that appointment in full. We are happy to rebook you once you settle the outstanding amount.
If you book an appointment of any kind and wish to change for another service or reschedule the appointment you may, however we do not refund. This is subject to our 24h beauty & 72h tattoo cancellation time frame. If the change of mind happens after these hours your deposit is forfeited.
If you wish to reschedule a booking we need as much time as possible to accommodate your request. The night before is not enough time. The morning of is not enough time. The booking fee/deposit is compensation to the business for the loss of time we have incurred as a result of your last minute cancellation, regardless of circumstances.
New tattoos are completed over 2 sessions. Please be available for both sessions when booking as we don't guarantee the work if new work isn't reviewed and perfected. Pefection visits (second session or touch up) are a paid service unless advised and will be quoted on the day of your tattoo.
Perfection visits or second sessions have to be completed within 5-8 weeks.
Refresh Tattoo sessions are for maintenance & are one session only. Please note you may need a second session to perfect the work, incurring a fee).
If you cancel or no-show or are unable to attend your perfection visit within this time you will forfeit your session. 72hrs prior to appointment is needed to reschedule.
If you require to rebook again for a perfection visit or follow-up a booking fee and session fee will be charged POA.
If you require a third or more sessions for additional work, changes in style (change your mind) or require more work due to poor healing or compromised aftercare an additional fee will be incurred.
*** Cosmetic tattoo is a skin penetration treatment and each individual’s skin is a unique living organ, therefore unpredictable in healing. We do our utmost to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients. We require your understanding and co-operation during the treatment and pre & post care so that an optimum result is reached and maintained.
We reserve the right to refuse any client due to lateness, poor conduct or behaviour.
Unfortunately, due to a very small percentage of clientele, these policies are necessary.
